Shipping, Exchanges & Refund Policy
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: ALL WHOLESALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR THESE ITEMS. HOWEVER, YOU WILL RECIEVE A REFUND ONLY WITHIN A 48HR TIME FRAME, FROM THE ORDER PURCHASE DATE.

Returns: All returning retail orders items must be unopened, unused & in their original packaging. (This includes, seals, boxes, hair tags & receipts). Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.). Please note: Shipping charges are non- refundable. Refunds will be provided based on the purchasing method that was originally used. No exceptions.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
After all store purchases you have 48hrs to request a refund, if you fail to do so refund will not be returned.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
For retail orders - Canadian shipping take approximately 5-7 business days. International orders takes approximately 6-10 business days, this does not include the 2-3 business days for order preparation. Taxes and shipping fee’s will be added at checkout. The tracking number(s) will be send directly to the email that was provided during checkout.
For Whole orders - Canadian shipping take approximately 5-7 business days. International orders takes approximately 6-10 business days, this does not include the 14-21 business days for order preparation.
Please note: For any items that are not delivered or held in customs, you will have to contact your local postal service with the tracking number that was provided to you. BeautyDollCollection, is not responsible for any lost items or undelivered packages. There is an additional shipping charge for any orders that are returned due to an incorrect shipping address.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
